BEECHWOOD — The Amvets Post 436 of Beechwood will host its semi-annual pancake breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 29, at the Beechwood hall.

Breakfast will include fresh eggs made to order, Meyer’s sausage, pancakes with Superior Maple syrup and blueberries optional.

Cost is $6 and children 6 and younger are free.

“The Post welcomes everyone to stop by and enjoy good-tasting food and beverage before they head out to their secret fishing hole,” Commander Frank Jirik said. “Or just to enjoy breakfast with their friends, family and neighbors.”

All of the profits from the event are used to support the Post’s scholarship program at West Iron County High School.
