Valentine’s Day meal at Florence dining sites
FLORENCE, Wis. — The Aging and Disability Resource Center will offer a special Valentine’s Day meal Wednesday at the area dining centers.
Lunch will be served at three locations:
— 11:30 a.m. at Florence Community Center, 749 Central Ave.; call 715-528-4261.
— 11:30 a.m. at the Senior Dining Center at the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College Aurora Learning Center, 2030 Calvary St. in Aurora, Wis.; call 715-589-4491.
— Noon at Fence Town Hall, 588 Memory Lane, Fence, Wis.; call 715-589-4491.
Reservations are requested in advance and are necessary to insure enough meals are prepared. Call one of the centers to make your reservation and schedule transportation, if needed. A donation is suggested of $4 for those 60 and older, $7 for all others.
Those unable to attend the Valentine’s Day lunch can treat a loved one to a dining center gift certificate, available from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday at the ADRC, 501 Lake Ave. in Florence.
They also can be purchased at two of the senior dining centers from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Thursday at the NWTC Dining Center and Monday through Friday at the Florence Community Center.
