IRON MOUNTAIN — The Iron Mountain-Kingsford General Federation of Women’s Clubs will meet at noon Friday at Pine Grove Country Club in Iron Mountain.

The guest speaker will be Nikki Smith, assistant physical therapist for Back in Motion. She will provide information on physical fitness and staying active and youthful, plus show members various techniques for stretches and chair exercises.

Cost of the all-inclusive lunch is $15. Menu includes chicken alfredo with mushrooms and garlic bread.

Ways and means again will be selling Terry Ann chocolate and dried fruit and nut snacks.

Vintage jewelry also will be sold. Members are asked to bring any antique or gently used jewelry or broken jewelry that could be used for crafts.

Grocery receipts from Econofoods and Super One will be collected.

Plans are being made for the “Denim and Diamonds” fall fundraiser that will be Nov. 1 at Pine Grove Country Club in Iron Mountain. Tickets are $25.

The District 5 GFWC meeting is set for Sept. 20-21 in Menominee, hosted by the Menominee Club.
