Vicenzi chosen for leadership seminar

IRON MOUNTAIN — Iron Mountain High School sophomore Adrian Vicenzi has been selected to attend the Wisconsin Leadership Seminar this summer on the campus of Carroll University in Waukesha, Wis.

He is the son of Anna Vicenzi of Norway and Chris Vicenzi of Iron Mountain.

The Wisconsin Leadership Seminar is a three-day leadership seminar for outstanding sophomores who wish to improve their leadership skills. The high energy weekend consists of team-building activities, motivational speakers, volunteer service, talent show, panels of key leaders from various industries, small group discussions and more.

The Iron Mountain-Kingsford Kiwanis Club is the local sponsor for the event.

While a student at IMHS, Vicenzi has participated in varsity soccer and basketball. He also participates in Key Club and Varsity Club.

Outside of school, Vicenzi participates in SAY soccer.

He is a very strong student academically, who has maintained Honor Celebration status for both freshman and sophomore year.

Vicenzi has been described by his teachers as “generous, attentive, intelligent, kind, respectful and a hardworking student who is always friendly with classmates and staff.”
