Wedding — Endelman, Michaud

ELIZABETH AND BRETT MICHAUD

SPREAD EAGLE, Wis. — On a beautiful Sept. 1, 2018, afternoon, Elizabeth Ebel Endelman and Brett Mark Michaud were united in marriage at the bride’s family home in Spread Eagle, Wis., where they grew up together on the lakes.

The bride is the daughter of Mary and Tim Endelman and the groom is the son of Dana and Mark Michaud.

Chris Berndt, a friend of the couple, officiated a joyful ceremony under an arbor made of Lake Superior driftwood, designed and built by the groom’s mother and bride’s father. The ceremony was full of love, laughter and shared references of the couple’s mutual love of the water.

Kelsey Wasik, the bride’s college roommate and friend, served as maid of honor, joined by Lucy Lemke, cousin of the bride; Meagan Giordano; and Samantha Schneller, friends of the bride.

Adam Michaud, the groom’s identical twin brother, served as best man, accompanied by groomsmen Justin Giordano, Caleb Harrington, Luke Zambon and Connor Berndt, all friends of the groom.

Mike Mitchell, the bride’s godfather and uncle, and Ginny Sanders, the groom’s grandmother, gave the readings.

A reception followed lakeside, with the couple and their wedding party boating to some special spots for pictures. The celebration then moved to Pine Mountain Resort for dinner and dancing.

The bride is a graduate of Iron Mountain High School and Northern Michigan University with a bachelor of science degree in athletic training. Elizabeth is employed at Starr Hospital.

The groom is a graduate of Kingsford High School and Michigan Technological University with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering. Brett is a testing and verification engineer at Malibu Boats.
