ALPHA — The Alpha Museum will have its annual Memorial bake sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the historic Alpha Village Hall.

All proceeds go to support the museum’s mission to preserve Alpha and Mastodon Township area history, along with maintaining the museum’s First National Bank building on the traffic circle in Alpha, which is listed on the National Historic Register.

The museum, a Michigan 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation, depends upon

proceeds from the yearly bake sale, a Fourth of July drawing and annual memberships, along with contributions to continue their mission.

The public is invited to stop for a treat and help support a worthwhile cause.

Donors are asked to bring their home-baked items between 8 and 8:30 a.m. to the hall.

The Alpha Hall is 3 miles south of Crystal Falls on U.S. 2 and 2 miles west on County Road 424.
