Carol Schultz featured at Art for All

IRON MOUNTAIN — The 52nd annual Art for All show will be 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, June 29, at City Park in Iron Mountain. The event will go on rain or shine.

A featured artist at this year’s event is Carol Schultz, who specializes in pet portraits. She has been doing art most of her life and enjoys drawing beloved pets.

Schultz creates her artwork from the photos of people’s special pets that are shared with her. Portraits are a combination of colored pencil and graphite and she works especially hard to capture the personality of each individual pet.

In addition to the array of artwork on display and for sale, the show will feature musical entertainment and a hands-on craft area for children.

A silent auction will raise funds for an area senior art student.

There will also be opportunities for those attending the art show to win $50 to be spent at the art show at 11 a.m., 1 and 2 p.m.

There will be a “better than ever picnic” provided by Econo Foods and served by Bishop Baraga Knights of Columbus.
