Niagara Knights of Columbus Duck Race scheduled for July 20

NIAGARA, Wis. — The fifth annual Niagara Knights of Columbus Jeff Champeau Memorial Duck Race will be Saturday, July 20, at the Niagara Heights Park. Grounds will open at 2 p.m., with the parade slated to start at 6 p.m.

There will be a beanbag tournament, washer game for the kids, 50-50 drawings and numerous prizes to be given away during the event.

Food and beverages will also be available — no carry ins are allowed.

Duck costs are $5 each, six for $25, 12 for $50, 18 for $75 or 25 for $100, which includes entry into a special $500 cash prize drawing.

Ducks may be purchased at the race or in advance from Mike Darne at 715-548-0476 or Bob Burton at 715-251-4714.

Ducks can also be purchased from any Niagara Knights of Columbus member or at various local establishments in Niagara and the surrounding area.
