Stroke Wellness Retreat offered

BIG BAY, Mich. — Bay Cliff Health Camp will offer a Stroke Wellness Retreat from Sept. 12-16.

This program is for individuals living in the Upper Peninsula who have survived a stroke and are living at home or in a nursing facility and have completed any outpatient treatment or home health care, along with their caregivers.

Thanks to a grant from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, this program is free of charge for participants.

They will learn how to manage life after a stroke and discover techniques and strategies for moving forward.

Those interested in the program should contact Martha Smith-Process.

Go to baycliff.org for more information, including when registration opens.
