Stroke Wellness Retreat offered
BIG BAY, Mich. — Bay Cliff Health Camp will offer a Stroke Wellness Retreat from Sept. 12-16.
This program is for individuals living in the Upper Peninsula who have survived a stroke and are living at home or in a nursing facility and have completed any outpatient treatment or home health care, along with their caregivers.
Thanks to a grant from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, this program is free of charge for participants.
They will learn how to manage life after a stroke and discover techniques and strategies for moving forward.
