NIAGARA, Wis. — St. Anthony Catholic Church in Niagara will host an Advent Reconciliation event Tuesday to Thursday.

Three priests will be taking confessions including The Rev. Rick Wendell. Adoration will begin at 4:30 p.m.; confessions will be taken from 5 to 6:30 p.m. and Mass to follow at 5:30 p.m. Mass.

Special guest speaker Rev. Wendell will give his personal testimony on how he died, met God and wasn’t ready. He was a partying dare-devil and at the age of 27 he was “living in the fast lane.” He owned his own company with 15 employees. At 30 he was getting ready to be married when he was involved in a construction accident that left him clinically dead for nearly three hours. He encountered the living God and it changed him forever.
