JAIDA MAKI

NIAGARA, Wis. — Jaida Maki, a senior at Niagara High School, had the honor of receiving the 2019 DAR Good Citizens Award. She is the daughter of Aundrea Dunlap and Spencer Maki.

The DAR Good Citizens program and scholarship is “intended to encourage and reward the qualities of good citizenship.”

The student selected as the school’s DAR Good Citizen must have the qualities of dependability, service, leadership, and patriotism. Maki was awarded for her outstanding leadership performances, service participation and character achievement. She plans to pursue a degree as a nurse practitioner.

She now has the distinguished opportunity to apply for one of the scholarships provided by the DAR.
