ESCANABA — Jessica Otto and Todd Shamion of Crystal Falls were united in marriage on Aug. 10, 2019, at Central United Methodist Church in Escanaba with the Rev. Elise Low-Edwardson officiating.

The bride was presented in marriage by her father, John Otto.

The bride is the daughter of John and Karen Otto of Iron River.

The groom is the son of Jerry and Chris Shamion of Iron River.

Matrons of honor were Wendy Otto-Shimun, sister of the bride; and Sue Glaser, friend of the bride.

Bridesmaids were Carli Shamion, daughter of the bride and groom; Elizabeth Shamion, daughter of the groom; and Kaitlin Shamion, daughter of the groom.

Best man was Eric Shamion, brother of the groom.

Groomsmen were Ryan Shamion, brother of the groom; Scott Shamion, brother of the groom; Ryan Wilgreen, brother-in-law of the groom; and Dan McGreaham, brother-in-law of the groom.

Ushers were Mark Shimun, brother-in-law of the bride; Tony Dallavalle, friend of the bride and groom; and Jake Shamion, nephew of the groom.

Personal attendant was Missy Dallavalle, cousin of the bride.

Flower girls were Lacey Shamion, niece of the groom; Bristol Shamion, niece of the groom; Audrey Wilgreen, niece of the groom; Aubrey Waara, niece of the groom; Kora Poulos, niece of the groom; Evelyn Shamion, niece of the groom; and Ava Shamion, niece of the groom.

Ringbearers were Cade Dallavalle, cousin of the bride; Carmine Dallavalle, cousin of the bride; Cason Dallavalle, cousin of the bride; Liam Poulos, nephew of the groom; McCoy Poulos, nephew of the groom; Anders Wilgreen, nephew of the groom; and Riley Shimun, nephew of the bride.

Rehearsal dinner and reception was at the Island Resort and Casino in Harris.

The bride graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College with a degree in business administration and is employed as an orthodontic insurance specialist/treatment coordinator at Hall Orthodontics in Iron Mountain.

The groom graduated from Northern Michigan University with a degree in business administration and is co-owner of Shamco, Inc. in Iron River.

The couple honeymooned in Nashville, Tennessee, and Florida.

They reside in Crystal Falls.
