IRON MOUNTAIN — A Pulmonary Support Group has been established for anyone with a chronic lung disease, on oxygen therapy, who is waiting for or has received a lung transplant, and caregivers.

In order to keep patients and staff safe and healthy, April’s monthly meeting has been canceled.

The next meeting will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, May 14, in the Pulmonary Rehab Department located within the rehab services gym on the main level of Dickinson County Memorial Hospital.

Discussions will include, but are not limited to, insurance, transplant questions, home oxygen therapy, day-to-day issues and concerns, as well as sharing experiences and encouragement.

Meetings last approximately one hour.
