Community survey available for the Crystal Falls Library

CRYSTAL FALLS — The Crystal Falls District Library invites the public to take the 2020 community library survey.

The survey can be found on the library website, or go to https://forms.gle/yn4hGr1SXxjyKmdu7. The circulation desk also has paper copies of the survey for patrons who would rather fill it out with a pencil.

“I have been the director for over a year now, and I would really like to hear from our patrons and the community about how we are doing,” Library Director Evelyn Gathu said. “I would especially love to hear how we can improve.”

The survey takes about five minutes to complete, and is anonymous. It has opportunities to comment on the Crystal Falls Library’s collections, programming, customer service and facilities.

It even has a section pertaining to COVID-19, asking how the library could better serve in times of closure.

“We are looking forward to your feedback, and implementing changes to make our library the best it can be,” Gathu said.
