CRYSTAL FALLS — The Crystal Falls District Library invites you to take the 2020 community library survey.

The survey can be found on their website, or go to https://forms.gle/yn4hGr1SXxjyKmdu7.

Paper copies of the survey are available at the circulation desk for patrons who would rather fill it out using a pencil.

“I have been the director for over a year now, and I would really like to hear from our patrons and the community about how we are doing,” Library Director Evelyn Gathu said. “I would especially love to hear how we can improve.”

The survey takes about five minutes to complete, and is anonymous. It provides an opportunity to comment on the Crystal Falls Library’s collections, programming, customer service and facilities. There even is a section pertaining to COVID-19, asking how the library can better serve the area in times of closure.  

“We are looking forward to your feedback, and implementing changes to make our library the best it can be,” Gathu said.
