WNMU-TV streams live programming

Among the programs available for live streaming is “L’empreinte (Footprints),” in which actor Roy Dupuis dives into Quebec’s history and collective identity. NMU’s Beaumier U.P. Heritage Center is teaming with WNMU-TV to bring locally relevant documentaries to viewers at 9 p.m. Eastern time on the last Friday of each month.

MARQUETTE — WNMU-TV 13, the PBS station at Northern Michigan University, is now offering a live stream of its programming. Shows can be viewed as they air from any device at no additional cost.

To access streaming content, go to wnmuvideo.nmu.edu and click the LIVE TV box at the top right corner of the site. Once the WNMU Livestream screen appears, click the triangular play button to begin watching.

At this time, only live programming from the local PBS station is available. Viewers will be unable to watch the stream of WNMU-TV if they are outside of the station’s geographic coverage area. For more information, go to PBS Live Streaming FAQ and Troubleshooting.

WNMU-TV content also is available on demand on all WNMU-TV-branded PBS platforms, including PBS.org and PBSKIDS.org, as well as the PBS VIDEO app and PBS KIDS Video app available on iOS, Android, Roku, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Samsung TV and Chromecast. WNMU-TV members are able to view an extended library of quality public television programming on demand as well via Passport.
