Samantha and Michael McDowell

WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va. — Samantha Sarnicke and Michael McDowell were united in marriage on May 9, 2021, at the Greenbrier Resort Chapel, with the Rev. Douglas Heagy officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Sam and Sandy Sarnicke of Pittsburgh, Pa. The groom is the son of Doug and Marti McDowell of Iron Mountain.

The bride was given in marriage by her father. Samantha wore an elegant ballgown by Justin Alexander Signature, which featured a stunning bow detail on the back. She carried a bouquet of white roses.

She was attended by her sisters, Melissa Licht and Diana Sarnicke, who wore pink floral gowns by Marchesa.

Michael wore a bespoke morning suit by Cad and the Dandy of Saville Row. Apart from the ceremony, he completed the look with a splendid top hat.

Groomsmen were Michael’s brothers, Kevin and Christopher McDowell, who wore grey suits by Fahri’s of Pittsburgh.

The couple honeymooned at the Grant Hotel on Mackinac Island. They reside in Pittsburgh, where they recently purchased a home.
