FLORENCE, Wis. — The Florence County Fair will host a smear tournament on Saturday at the Florence Community Center. The tournament begins at 6 p.m. Registration will begin at 5 p.m. The fee to enter is $10 per person for two-person teams.

The tournament will be a 4-point smear game and prizes will be awarded for first to fifth places. There will also be door prizes drawn after the tournament.

A small luncheon will be available for purchase along with beverages (soda and beer). Bake sale items provided by local bakers will be available as well. Chips and pretzels will be provided. No carry-ins admitted.

All proceeds will go to support the building and ground improvements at the Fair Park.
