FLORENCE, Wis. — The Northwoods Geology Club will host a picnic on Saturday, beginning at 1 p.m. at Keyes Lake.

The club will provide sandwiches and soft beverages. Those attending are asked to bring a dish to pass, a dessert or snack items. A short business meeting will take place including election of officers.

New this year — those who have anything rock- or mineral-related they would like to swap, sell or give away can bring those items with them.
