Suicide Awareness Walk planned

e Dickinson-Iron Communities That Care will hosts its fifth annual Hope2Help Suicide Awareness Walk on Sunday, Sept. 18.

The event will take place 1 to 5 p.m., in the parking lot of Super One in Iron Mountain.

Guest speakers are Jeff Olsen, who produced the documentary “Do It For Daniel,” and Phil Gardipee will talk at 3 p.m., followed by the 1-mile walk with raffle drawings to start at 4 p.m.

They will have bounce house, face painting, balloon animals food, music by Mel Rose, and raffle. T-shirt will be available for $15 and raffle tickets are $1 each.

Dial Help, Bellin Clinic and Great Lakes Recovery will have resources tables set-up at the event.

Food will be provided. They will have a free-will donation.
