IRON MOUNTAIN — The Dickinson Chapter of the Michigan Association of Retired School Personnel will meet Thursday, Dec. 8, at Pine Grove Country Club in Iron Mountain.

The Iron Mountain Music Department, under the direction of Craig Recla, will perform for the program.

A social hour with mimosas, nonalcoholic punch, and coffee will begin at 11 a.m., followed by a noon luncheon. A cash bar will also be available. The noon luncheon will feature a ham dinner with mashed potatoes, vegetables and a house salad for $18. A chef salad for $14 is available on request when making reservations either online or when called. No alterations may be made to either selection.

The calling committee began contacting members Sunday. Those who have not been contacted by noon Thursday should email MARSP at dcmarsp@gmail.com or call Pam Trask at 906-779-9157 to make a reservation. Deadline to add or cancel reservations is noon Friday.

Members are asked to bring new socks and/or new waterproof gloves and mittens for the Salvation Army to distribute.

This meeting is for MARSP members and their spouses, but the group welcomes any retiree from Michigan public schools who is interested in joining MARSP or renewing their membership.
