Patrick Carlotto was named the Citizen of the Year by the Crystal Falls Business Association. Carlotto was nominated by Doug and Alisa Nelson of Crystal Falls. Carlotto served in the U.S. Navy, marches in local parades representing the U.S. military, assists in Memorial Day events and is president of the Alpha Rifle and Pistol Club. Marvin Hill, who was one of Carlotto’s favorite people, led Carlotto to volunteer his time with Iron County 4-H Sharpshooters. He still volunteers and the Crystal Falls Business Association appreciates what he does for the community. Presenting his award is Barb Luck, president of the CFBA.
