Peter and Renee Fehr of Iron Mountain are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter, Bethany Fehr, to Joseph “Joey” Merrill, the son of James and Peggy Merrill of Iron Mountain. Bethany graduated from Iron Mountain High School in 2018 and continued her education at Finlandia University in Hancock. She enrolled in the accelerated PTA program and graduated in May 2020. Bethany is currently employed at Back in Motion Physical Therapy as a PTA. She also works part-time at Pine Grove Country Club. Joey graduated from Iron Mountain High School in 2017 and continued his education at Bay de Noc Community College in Iron Mountain, where he earned a welding certificate. Joey is currently employed by the Dickinson County Road Commission, where he has completed his apprenticeship as a diesel mechanic. Bethany and Joey will be married in October 2023 and will reside in the Iron Mountain-Kingsford area.
