IRON MOUNTAIN -- The Dickinson Chapter of the Michigan Association of Retired School Personnel will meet Thursday, Sept. 21, at Pine Grove Country Club.
Randy Van Gasse, Dickinson County Legislative ambassador and a member of the state MARSP Legislative Board, will present "Educational Politics."
Reservations are required.
A social hour with coffee provided will begin at 11 a.m., followed by a noon luncheon. A cash bar will also be available. The noon luncheon will feature chicken pot pie with a house salad and roll or breadstick for $18. A chef salad for $14 is available upon request when making reservations either online or when called. No alterations may be made to either selection.
The calling committee will begin contacting members Sunday. Those who have not been contacted by noon Thursday, Sept. 14, should email MARSP at dcmarsp@gmail.com or call Pam Trask at 906-779-9157 to make a reservation. The deadline to add or cancel reservations is noon Friday, Sept. 15.
Members are asked to bring used eyeglasses to be donated to a sponsored outreach clinic.
