Niagara, Wis. -- Local author and artist Carol Schults will present an Author Talk at 6 p.m. today at the Niagara Public Library.
"Schultz captivates audiences with her heartwarming stories and stunning illustrations that touch the hearts of all who read them," Librarian Rebecca Livick said.
Schultz is the creative force behind a series of books, all of which she both authored and illustrated. Her works include "Charlie the Chihuahua," "The Story of Cindy" (a heartwarming tale featuring a blind dog) and "The Story of Journey."
