IRON MOUNTAIN -- The Iron Mountain-Kingsford General Federation of Women's Clubs will meet at noon on Friday, Nov. 3, at the Chippewa Club in Iron Mountain.
The luncheon menu will include turkey dinner with all the trimmings, Chef Simon dessert and coffee. The cost is $30, all inclusive.
They will honor local veteran women at the meeting. Club member and veteran Mary Stolze will introduce the group.
Members are asked to bring hats, mittens or gloves for the Clothing for Warmth project for local school children. A reminder to also bring grocery receipts and vintage jewelry.
The Ways and Means Committee will be selling Terry Lynn Snacks, box chocolates and maple syrup.
