LANSING, Mich. --Michigan State University Extension is offering a free hybrid version of Walk With Ease.
This series, set to start March 7, will include in-person and online opportunities.
Walk With Ease Hybrid is a self-directed enhanced program where individuals begin and end the six-week series at the same time, utilizing a curriculum from the American Arthritis Foundation.
An MSU Extension leader coordinates program information by sharing the book "Walk With Ease," weekly emails with videos links and informational handouts.
For those who would like to join in person, a site in Watersmeet and Baraga will be available for participants to work with an instructor to review the weekly information and walk as a group.
