Come to Supper set for Monday
FLORENCE, Wis. — The First Presbyterian Church in Florence will again start its once-a-month free “Come to Supper” hot meal Monday.
The meal, served in Fellowship Hall in the lower level of the church, is open to everyone from 5 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. and will offer meat, vegetables, milk, coffee, rolls and dessert.
The Rev. Cathy Morris, pastor of the church, encourages individuals as well as families to come and enjoy a simple but good meal and the company of others.
The church is accessible to all. For anyone who needs assistance in using the elevator, a phone number is posted on the door that will summon a person downstairs to help.
The May meal is set for Monday, May 20.
The church is at 409 Lake Ave. in Florence.
