FLORENCE, Wis. — The Northwoods Geology Club will begin its 2024 season of meetings at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 24, in the lower level at the Florence Natural Resource Center.

Those attending should follow the DMV signs to the back parking lot.

All are encouraged to bring a favorite rock to show. Anyone who has rocks, minerals or other items to give away or trade should bring them along to the meeting as well.

They will plan the summer field trip schedule during the meeting, so come with ideas to fill up the calendar.

All ages are welcome and door prizes are drawn for at the end of the meeting
