Mike and Tami Hoffman Scholarship awarded

NIAGARA, Wis. — Emily Kay, a senior at Niagara High School, has been chosen to receive the Mike and Tami Hoffman Scholarship.

She is the daughter of Kristie Kay and Jeremy Kay. In the fall, she will attend the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, where she will pursue a psychology degree.

The Mike and Tami Hoffman Scholarship program was established in 2017. This program stands as a testament to the generosity and compassion of the former CEO of The Toro Company, Mike Hoffman, and his wife, Tami, embodying their unwavering commitment to the betterment of individuals and communities.

Rooted in the belief that every individual deserves access to quality education, regardless of financial constraints, this scholarship program has transformed lives and opened doors of opportunity for countless recipients.

Eligibility requirements for this scholarship include being a dependent of a Toro employee, academic performance record, demonstrated leadership and participation in school and community activities, online recommendations, as well as a few other criteria.
