MLS donates to 401 Club

The Greater Iron Mountain Area MLS Realtors recently made a $500 donation to the 401 Club of Iron Mountain. Multi State Realty of Iron Mountain selected the 401 Club as the MLS charity of the month. The 401 Club serves as the meeting place for people in 12-step programs. They have Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Adult Children of Alcoholics and Overeaters Anonymous. They are open to other 12-step meetings and are hoping to Start Al-Anon, Gamblers Anonymous and Ala-Teen. 401 Club recently purchased a building at 401 S. Kimberly Ave. in Iron Mountain. From left are Lucas Davidson, Multi State Realty; Punner Franzene, UP Riverland Realty; Nicollette Hanson, Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group; Connie Sutton, Tri County Realty UP; Kim Webb, Leeds Real Estate; Hugh Harris, State Wide Real Estate; and Karen Kolvas, 401 Club. The Greater Iron Mountain Area Multi Listing Service consists of more than 100 Realtors and allows an agent to search all the properties quickly and conveniently for sale by participating agents. In most cases, the MLS listings also contain private contact information and details about showing times. Without this consolidating service, the broker would need to look through several different websites, each for individual brokers, to find available properties in the area.

Starting at $2.99/week.
