Serving treats at VA in IM
The Iron River Knights Of Columbus Council 2300 recently had its first “black cow” event since before the COVID epidemic at the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain, serving root beer floats (black cows) and sundaes to the veteran residents, their guests, as well as staff. From left are Sir Knights Deacon Terry Verville, Robert Remondini and chairman grand knight and Sir Knight Mark Stauber. They considered it a special pleasure to serve veterans, being that all of them are 4th Degree Knights, the patriotic degree of the Knights of Columbus.
