FLORENCE, Wis. — The Florence County Historical Society is raffling off a quilt expertly made and donated by Joan Spears and long-armed stitched by Patti Wabitsch.

Other prizes include a handmade Amish-style rug, quilted carryall bag, engraved cutting board, wooden hanging planter, bird house, hummingbird feeder, and engraved insulated cups, all made and donated by local crafters.

Raffle tickets will be available during the summer at the museum or from members, with six for $5 or one for $1. The raffle drawing will be Sept. 1 and the winner need not be present.
