EAGLE RIVER, Wis. — The beautiful northwoods autumn is here, so that means the North Woods Autumn Art Tour is coming soon. Wisconsin’s finest artists will open their doors to their studios and galleries for visitors from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday to Sunday.

This unique, self-directed studio tour in Vilas, Oneida, Iron and Lincoln counties in northern Wisconsin offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the creative process firsthand by visiting artist studios, interacting with creators and witnessing their craft come to life.

Brochures, studio descriptions, driving directions, and a map are available at area businesses, chambers of commerce and online at northwoodsarttour.com. The tour is free to all.

The Art Tour began in 2000, featuring 20 artists. This year’s tour has 44 artists at 35 studios. Guests will find unique items for gifts and for inspiration to elevate their spirits.
