FLORENCE, Wis. — The Northwoods Geology Club will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday in the lower level of the Florence Natural Resource Center.

All ages are welcome to attend what will be the final meeting of the year; the club plans to resume in April. Drawings for door prizes take place at the end of the meeting.

Election of new officers will take place. They will also have a rock identification session. Attendees are encouraged to bring specimens in to see what they have. Check the club’s Facebook page for updates and any spur-of-the-moment field trips.
