Jake Witt

CRYSTAL FALLS — Jake Witt, former Ewen Trout Creek, Northern Michigan University and Indianapolis Colts football player, will lead a program at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at Young’s Recreational Complex in Crystal Falls.

Now a certified health and wellness coach, Witt will speak on the topics of proper exercise and nutrition.

The event is free and part of the Iron Area Health Foundation’s Wellness Wednesday program. It includes a free salad bar for all individuals registered for the presentation, made possible through a donation from Aspirus Healthcare.
