IRON MOUNTAIN — Marshfield Medical Center-Dickinson is offering a free health care presentation at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the Northern Lights YMCA.

The topic will be “Improving Your Health Through Lifestyle Changes,” presented by Brett Baird, PT, DPT, CSCS MMC-Dickinson Rehabilitative Services.

He will discuss ways to to improve health through education and implementation of proven health-focused methods and techniques.
