Three autumn events at the Crystal Falls Library

CRYSTAL FALLS — Upcoming events planned at the Crystal Falls Library:

— Wednesday is Ladies Night Out in Crystal Falls. The Friends of the Crystal Falls Library bought 80 new books to be given away to the first 80 woman who come through the door. Ladies can choose their own book, and there are a lot to choose from — cooking, romance, true crime, fantasy and much, much more. Crackers, cheese, coffee and punch will be available to enjoy. All are welcome from 4 to 8 p.m.

— Saturday, Nov. 22, at 10 a.m. will be Buck Fest Story Hour for children, with several stories about hunting and deer. The kids will make a deer painting for the activity. Juice boxes and snacks will be served.

— Wednesday, Nov. 26, at 1 p.m. will be the first-annual Thanksgiving Bingo at the Library. Bring the whole family to the library to enjoy a friendly hour of Thanksgiving-themed bingo. It is fun for all ages, and there are fabulous prizes to be won. This is a free event, and there will be refreshments.

The library is at 237 Superior Ave. in downtown Crystal Falls. For more information, call Director Evelyn Gathu at 906-875-3344 or email at egathu@crystalfallslibrary.org.

Starting at $3.50/week.
