IRON MOUNTAIN — The Dickinson Chapter of the Michigan Association of Retired School Personnel will hosts its Christmas party on Thursday, Dec. 11, at Pine Grove Country Club.

Music students from an area school will perform for the afternoon entertainment.

A social hour will begin at 11 a.m., followed by a noon luncheon. A cash bar will be available. The menu will feature a ham dinner with roasted potatoes and a vegetable for $20. A chef salad for $18 is available on request when making reservations online or with the caller. No alterations may be made to either selection.

Reservations are required. Those who have not been contacted by should email MARSP at dcmarsp@gmail.com or call Pam Trask at 779-9157 to make a reservation. Deadline for cancellations is today.

Members are asked to bring new socks and/or new waterproof gloves and mittens for the Salvation Army to distribute.

The meeting is for MARSP members and their spouses, but they welcome any retiree from Michigan public schools who is interested in joining MARSP or renewing their membership.
