Clothing for Warmth donations

IRON MOUNTAIN — The Iron Mountain-Kingsford General Federation of Women’s Clubs’ Clothing for Warmth project has become an annual tradition.
Members purchase or make hats and mittens to be donated to Woodland Elementary in Kingsford and North Elementary School in Iron Mountain.
This year, the group collected more than 170 items, including 25 pairs of mittens that were knitted by one member.
Angie DuBose was the project chairwoman.
