Girl Scout Troop 5118 recently made a donation to the Almost Home Animal Shelter in Quinnesec. The troop hosted a pet supply drive to collect needed items that included non-clumping cat litter, original Meow Mix adult cat food, Purina Kitten Chow, dry adult dog food, dry puppy food and toys — rubber, vinyl and latex only. They also collected cleaning supplies of Pine Sol or Fabulosa scented cleaners, bleach, liquid dishwasher soap, liquid laundry detergent, paper towel, toilet paper and tissues.
