IRON MOUNTAIN — WeightWatchers meets on Tuesdays at the AmericInn by Wyndham, 2005 S. Stephenson Ave., behind Culver’s Restaurant.

Weigh-in is from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Workshops take place at 9 a.m. and noon. Workshops provide coaching, community and support.

WeightWatchers is a no-judgement group where people can be themselves and connect with other people who understand the journey.

Cost is $19 a month, with a 10-month commitment.
