CRYSTAL FALLS — Senior adults are invited to attend a special event titled “Aging with Grace” from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday at Fortune Lake Lutheran Camp in Crystal Falls.

The program will feature Chris Harkness, a semi-retired speech-language pathologist and founder of Aging U.P.

With more than 20 years of experience specializing in cognition, Harkness will present information aimed at empowering understanding, compassion and innovation in aging and cognitive health.

Topics will include alleviating fear and anxiety associated with aging, addressing misinformation and differentiating between a healthy aging brain and neuro-cognitive decline.

Suggested donation is $15 to cover the cost of lunch.
