IRON RIVER –The Iron County Genealogical Society will meet at 1 p.m. Thursday in the J. Patrick White Conference Room at the West Iron District Library in Iron River.

Local author Janet Rohde will speak about her connection to Iron County and how it has influenced her writing. She has published four mystery books available at the Iron County Museum.

Visitors are welcome.

Meetings are open to all individuals and are monthly in the J. Patrick White Conference Room at the West Iron District Library.
