Kingsford Middle School earned second place at the Upper Peninsula MathCounts Competition hosted by Breitung Township Schools. Liam Sullivan won a tuition-free scholarship to Michigan Technological University Summer Youth Program and qualified for the MathCounts State Competition on Saturday in Grand Rapids, Mich.
