IRON RIVER — Aspirus Iron River Hospital and Clinics invites the community to the Wisdom and Wellness monthly health education series at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Aspirus Cafeteria in Iron River.

The free program is designed to provide trusted, accessible information on topics that affect everyday health and well-being.

The March Wisdom and Wellness session will focus on “Understanding Your Healthcare Costs” and will help attendees better navigate medical bills, insurance coverage, and available financial support resources.

The session will be presented by Glenn Dobson, a corporate insurance and real estate management coordinator and senior financial analyst for Aspirus Health. Dobson will provide a practical, easy-to-understand overview of how health care billing works and what patients can expect after a visit.

“Our goal is to help you understand your bills, your insurance, and your payment options,” Dobson said. “Health care billing is a process, not a single bill. We believe clear information helps you make better decisions and feel more confident about your care.”
