FLORENCE, Wis. — The Wild Rivers Quilt Guild invites area quilters to its next meeting Tuesday, April 28, at the Florence Natural Resource Center, 5638 Forestry Drive in Florence. The program will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m.

This month’s “Tips and Techniques” program will feature Brenda Gael via Zoom.

The meeting includes a Trunk Show from Gael of “Conquering Mount Scrapmore.”

The creator of the YouTube channel “Conquering Mount Scrapmore” has more than 400 videos that focus on scrap management, block studies and creative ways to turn strings, crumbs, and leftovers into fresh, inspiring designs. Her practical, upbeat teaching style has made her a favorite resource for quilters of all experience levels. She also maintains an active Facebook page, “Conquering Mount Scrapmore with Brenda.”

The guild looks forward an evening of learning, creativity and community. Guests and new members are always welcome.
