Fortune Lake Camp presents a ‘Golden Blueprint’
CRYSTAL FALLS — Fortune Lake Lutheran Camp invites senior adults to participate in an interactive workshop dedicated to healthy longevity from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday.
Led by Pam Roose, a registered dietitian and certified diabetes prevention lifestyle coach, the theme of the event is “The Golden Blueprint: Reclaiming Your Vitality at Any Age.”
“We’ll move past the myths of aging to focus on what really matters: fueling your body to keep doing the things you love,” Roose said. “You’ll walk away with a personalized plan to boost your energy, protect your bone health and sharpen your mind.”
Roose added, “Don’t just add years to your life; add life to your years.”
To make a lunch reservation, call the camp office at 906-214-2267. A suggested donation of $15 per person is requested.
