The Iron River Knights Of Columbus, Council 2300, completed their annual spring roadside cleanup recently. The cleanup began at the Ice Lake U.S. 2 intersection and ended at the Bates/Amasa U.S. 2 intersection. The crew worked for three hours and collected 16 bags of garbage, including a large amount of cardboard, plastic, metal and rubber items that were too large to place in bags.
