IRON MOUNTAIN -- The Dickinson County Library in Iron Mountain will offer Dinosaur Building Workshops next week at all three library sites: 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Solomonson Branch in Norway, 10 a.m. Thursday at the North Dickinson Branch in Felch Township and 11 a.m. Friday at the Dickinson County Library in Iron Mountain.
Children ages 5 to 12 will make their own stuffed dinosaur. They will start by filling the dinosaur with stuffing and a wishing star for good luck before they sew it up and take it home.
Only children registered for the program will be allowed in the Teddy Bear Workshop due to space. Registered children must be present in order to receive their kit. Providing your child's age is required for registration.
